Why does my place come up as $296 when I entered @295? every detail says $295 expect on the listing page that people see.

Could you post a link to your listing?

Unfortunately, Airbnb has removed the facility to click on a questioner's photo to see their listing.

When you say you entered @295 is that $295 or did you mean a different currency?

It's normal for the price that a guest sees and pays to be higher than the price you advertise.

Airbnb adds fees to the price you advertise.

In my case I advertise a price of €25, guests are usually charged €28 and I get €24 per night.
