What is people's experience with the various third party pricing schemes? Wheelhouse? Beyond Pricing? Others?

I don't use Airbnb's Smart Pricing because it prices my houses too low. I've just started using Wheelhouse for one listing on another website, but each time I've checked the price it seems to be running a little high, but below the comps that Wheelhouse picked out for me. I've left it alone to let it run for a couple more weeks and will re-assess at that time. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
