Hi there,
I have set my base nightly price for my listing as R1950/night but the airbnb site still advertises it as R1800. Please help
Milly
You have 2 listings, one is R1800,- and the other one (Sugarbird) is R1950,-.
Best regards,
Emiel
Yes, Both listings are supposed to be R1950/night. Sugarbird House saved the new pricing without a hitch but Stanford Old Mill won't save - any ideas?
Hi @Milly8
Not sure if your pricing issue has been resolved, but recently when I changed my pricing (through the listing editing function) it continued to show at the original price.
What happened was that a few days didn't update, for some reason. I had to go into my calendar and manually change the price to my new one on a few of the days. Doing this resolved the problem for me.
Thanks for your response but alas, I cannot even do this. I even tried changing each individual day on the calendar (the entire year) to the new pricing but it still hasn't saved and I have reset the base price again as a slightly different price to see if that would work but nothing!!! Guests get frustrated when I tell them the price has increased but on their quote the price is as per last year's pricing - this is not a good reflection on our property and services - and I cannot seem to speak to anyone at airbnb who can help - where do I go from here???
