Pro-active suggestions to Airbnb

I like a lot the stand that Sandra has taken with her suggestions in how to revamp the ratings system.

In the same spirit of being proactive with suggestions instead of just whining about something, I think a monthly newsletter by Airbnb to all hosts, highlighting recent changes made to the platform, addressing some hot topics, etc.. would do a lot to educate hosts, make  them/us feel more valued, and it also would help Airbnb in that it would cut down on unnecessary reaching out to Airbnb by some hosts.
