Problem with missing reservation

Hello friends!

I am almost new host on Airbnb and I have one small problem - I had a reservation, it was payed and guests came yesterday to my apartment. That reservation was calculated in my earnings in July. Today that reservation dissappered from my earnings in July and it is still in my reservations and guests are in my apartment. I received automatic refund few days ago because I registered my credit card - is that reason why maybe this payout was transfered to August??

What should I do?

If I'm understanding you correctly, the amount of this reservation is no longer appearing in the July stats?

I've run into a similar thing & it's a bug in the Airbnb coding...the amount no longer shows in the "upcoming" or "paid out" categories while it's pending payout. If you give it a day or so, it'll probably show up in the paid out category.
