Problem with the calender

Hello guys!i have a question for you..if you could help would be perfect!so somebody made a request for my room,i don't know how but i tryed to pre-approve the request and sudenlly was written that the reservation is canceled.then is written to my calendar that this guy is gonna be to my place the days that he requested but the earnings is 0 euro.Also i can not cancel or delete or make a special offer to this guy or change something to the days that  "he is gonna stay to my place" in the calendar!Thanx in advance!
