Hey there! I know that AirBnB pays our temporary occupancy 14% tax on our behalf to the city, but I'm confused why on top of that I'm being told I need to give a portion of my money to them. Tax Rate: $13.95 per $1.00 of earnings. Seems kinda effed up.... Latest reply by Leslie79

New listing and I don't see a way to control the tax amount charged. Volusia county want 6.5% and Florida state wants 6%, so a total of 12.5%. How can I make that happen, or do I need Airbnb staff to custom enter the percentage in? Thanks in advance! Gene Latest reply by Linda3785
