Dear Sir/madam,

I have a impending problem. We recently had a couple stay and they were the type that nothing satified them. I think Airbnb is new to them and were expecting 5 star Ritz hotel. This seemed to come more from the husband than from the wife who seemed perfectly happy. So, if I dont review, will theor go out with out my side? Shgould I be honest or just give them a great review and respond to theirs if it is negative?

Whether you choose to review them or not, their review will show up if they provide one. You will have a chance to publicly respond to their review. Also yes, please provide an honest review as this is only fair to all the other hosts who may get inquiries from them.

Also @John65, a comment that might be suitable for this guest is "This guest may be more comfortable in a hotel situation in the future".

Hi @John65

I believe that you have to do your review trying to describe your experience with your guest in the best possible way.This will be useful to other Hosts when looking at his profile. Find the way of saying sincerely your experience of course without hurting the guest.

Of course if the guest leave a non positive review for you, answer politely without fuel the argument.If possible thank him for the suggestions and the improvements you could do because of his feedback 😉
