Problems giving guest her refund

I am trying to refund a guest because she checked out a day before she was supposed to. I went through the normal channels to refund the guest, but she received no correspondence from Airbnb to accept or reject. I then escalated the issue to Airbnb to get involved, but nobody from customer service ever reached out to her or me. I need an email address or phone number for Airbnb customer service if one even exists! 

 

The guest made another inquiry to receive her money. I am trying to resolve this, but its difficult when Airbnb doesn't jump in.

I always used to call Customer Service, usually very early in the morning and I got through.  More recently I have used Twitter and have received better response.  Do you have a Twitter account or a Facebook account?  If so, try that.
