Hello! I currently run an Air BnB in our basement apartmenr unit and it woeks fantastic because it has barely raised expenses for me, while basically paying for my mortgage.
I want to expand to a second property, but am thinking out of state, as housing in Michigan is getting insanely expensive.
I am looking at a property in Pensacola Florida, and would obviously need someone to manage the property and clean between guests. Is anyone able to give me any idea what a service like that will cost? Do they charge a monthly fee? A percentage of the earnings?
It would be something like a 2 bed 1 bath home. I would them to take care of the lawn, and the interior/exterior of the home.
