Property Manager near Fort Hood

I'm currently living in Missouri. I have a home that I'm renting out in Killeen, TX though and was hoping to find a manager around Fort Hood that could help me out. I don't have a ton of experience with the pricing for an airbnb manager, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Im actually looking to cohost properties at this moment within the central texas area  I live in copperas cove is your property still listed on Airbnb ?
