I scroll all FAQ, I read all terms and condition but I can't find my answer AND THERE IS NO LINE to phone .... how can I have my answer ???

Lovely to meet you, sorry to hear you are having trouble here. Just so that it is easier to find your question I have moved it into the General Hosting board, I hope this fine with you. I am happy to change the title from 'Question' if you let me know what you would like it to be.

Would you be able to provide some more details around what you are looking for? (I am sorry if you have already mentioned this and I have missed it).

A huge thanks to @Robin4 for your kind reply and offer to help, it is lovely to see.

Lastly Pier, as Robin mentioned you might prefer to right in Italian, I am not sure if you are aware but there is also an Italian speaking community center. Here is the link. I am tagging in @Jim1 who is the Online Community Manager there. 🙂
