Hi Everyone!
Noticed last week that some changes we've made with rates in calendar reverted back old rates so....went back in and changed it again. Then this morning, I wanted to do some quality control and went thru month by month to see what system is showing for our rates and...it did it again....rates reverted back. Some changes were fine but it's really the Friday and Saturday rates that reverted back. Again, I went to calendar and made the changes to each date, why is it some changes were fine and others mainly the Friday and Saturday rates keep changing back to old rate? Anyone having this issue?
@Martin-and-Phuong0 An obvious question is whether you have Smart Pricing on or not. Yesterday I made changes in my January prices, saved them and a few seconds later the old price came back. I did it again and the new price stayed. Just check to make sure the price remains and it has. So if you do not have Smart Pricing on which over rides all custom pricing I believe, then try your custom pricing again and wait to see if it remains. If not, contact Air BNB. Use Twitter as the most effective way.
@Linda108 Thanks for your response Linda! Yes, did turn on Smart Pricing for January and made a few changes to other months. I did go back in and checked if the changes stayed and it did...at that time. Next time I went in to update calendar, it reverted back to original rate for weekends but weekday rates were okay Now my weekend rates are for Friday-Sunday and what's strange is that Sunday was fine it was rates for Friday & Saturday that got changed back. Weird. Looks like things are resolved now.
Appreciate your tip!
