Rating Airbnb Support?

Since Airbnb claims to be about trust and transparency, it seems only fitting that their support staff be subjected to ratings like the rest of us: hosts and guests. I'm also posting this because the official feedback mechanism is useless. You have to talk to their staff even just to submit a complaint. Half of the times I've done that... they simply sent me the basic link for feedback that kicks me out of the system and forces me into an endless cycle. (No responsible company would have a system set up this way.) Thankfully, I've only experienced minor issues thus far, and know others have stronger impressions.

Timeliness for providing information or resolving a situation?

Communication and follow up?
