Dont know how to create a new conversation because each time I am opening up there is something new.... how do others feel about how many pages it now takes to do a review, there was nothing wrong with the old one and who in their right mind thinks its ok to take away a block of a calendar to give a tiny strip only showing a week and a 1/2 an the rest as a blank screen on the laptop and I cant change it.... how on earth is this going to be better on a phone screen... wont be able to read it... already tiny on computer screen.... cant even get to assistance to discuss with airbnb... is this just me or have others been left confused and cant work the new system. Ive been a host for 4 years and now cant get my phone to open up to accept. I agree with this original discusssion, not seeing a person... I used to not accept anyone not prepared to put a photo up.... gee I had to post a photo to become a host and now I am just guessing... like others... considering not accepting any new guests... just stick with regulars.... thats if they let me see past discussion to know they are revisits.... who the heck is the clown making these really poor decision and not allowing contact?
