Realistic Price tips? Do you use them?

Do you find that you generally price above the price tips?

@Nancy41 yes, I use the price tips only when i feel like discounting.

Although if you have a premium property the pricing tips are a bit of a disaster.

I guess Airbnb wants to try and ensure if it one of the most competitive online agencies out there 🙂

@Nancy41, I don't use them at all. Now and again I'll check out similar listings in my area to see what they're charging.

I've never felt the need to lower my price. On the contrary. (And it's still in the competitive range.)
