We have had a dramatic fall off in bookings in one of our listings. I know it is going in to our slower season but our snaller home is not slowing down as yet.
When I did an incognito search, iI can find it if I put in 5 or 6 guests. However. if I put in 1-4 guests, I cannot find it on either the list or the map. Would someone mind having a search for my lisitng please ? 'Walk to Lake/Town. Wifi, linen and cleaning included'
Our smaller house turns up in the map and the list when I search for 4,5 or 6 guests but not 1, 2 or 3.
Or anyone have any ideas why our homes are un-findable for 1-4 guests?
Thanks so very much for any help!
How is your larger listing set up @Denise80 ? Perhaps try pricing it for two and a suitable extra for each person after two. Worth trying. It is not always easy to understand how these algorithms work.
I did however notice with a "colleague" of mine with 3 listings that his most reasonable smaller listing were always at the top of the search results, the others way down. I did both a regular search and incognito.
Hi @Denise80
I searched for:
-Entire House in Taupo
-3x guests
-No dates
Your listing "Walk to Lake/Town" came up on Page 3.
There were 48 listings in total that appeared before your listing, thereby making its ranking #49.
So it is definitely still showing up in searches - I did not have to move the map at all.
