Really disappointed that map view is gone

For this first time since using Airbnb years ago I am about to give up and book a hotel. The Airbnb search functionality is downright useless to me now. The ONE thing I care about when booking an Airbnb is location - how close to the town center, the beach, bars, restaurants, friends. Now this ability is gone. There are 100s of results for the town I'm looking in and some of the results are MILES away from the town center. Do you really think I am going to individual click on each result, scroll down, and cross check the location?

@Julie1610 The map view is still available on my computer! There is a "show map"  icon top right which you tick or cross.... And the map has a zoom function....

Interesting! It seems the answer may be that Firefox does not show the map but Chrome does. Thanks!
