Received note, 'Your listing could be at risk' why?

Recently I received this note from airbnb. 'Your listing could be at risk', But when I go look at the reasons as it instruct me, there is nothing to see!

I was super host for a long time, My appartment is in an old building in the historic center, very charming, but sometimes people confuse the 'oldness' with 'not being clean' or they simly don't like the style, or  they might simply having a bad day, and decided to give me 3 or4 stars that day. ( I have 32 five star rating out of 37 reviews) .  But even if you do the math or statistic, that is completely normal. NO-ONE CAN keep ALL customers happy, let's be realistic!  I work real hard, doing all I can to have the best service possible...

But what is up with AIRBNB? threatenning their customers (hosts) continuously of being at risk?!!! This makes me feel anxious all the time, and seems like I have to work under pressure of getting 5 star reviews, rather than giving genuine good service to my guests.

This is no way to treat people of a community who are doing their best to collaborate!

Are they trying to get rid of some of the hosts? Because if they are, they are succeding very well in that.

I am seriously considering getting out of AIRBNB if this continues, and in short time.

Please let me know your thoughts, and if you are experiencing the same issue. Thanks.

@Frusan0  Don't take the messages personally they are computer generated warnings that are useless and half time don't really even apply to you or listing.
