Hi,
I had to cancel a booking for our listing. AirBNB notified me that the guest had been fully refunded - 2 weeks ago. The guest has just contacted me for a 3rd time to ask when they will be refunded.
Who can they contact to get details of the refund? It should not take this long - as I assume it is an electronic transaction.
It is not a good reflection on AirBNB.
