Refund for my guests

Hi all, I have cancelled a reservation for a guest of mine and it's been put through on air bnb since 4 days ago. However, she still hasn't received her money back yet. How long does it take for the money to reach her?

Hi , 

i cancelled a reservation for a guest. I received an email saying the money had been returned but it has not been received yet. 

This was 2 weeks ago. How does he get his money back ? 

Also, I keep getting asked to review him but sin

I believe it can take up to a week for the refund to show.

It is handled throug airbnb, but two weeks seems a long time.  You may have to contact airbnb. Perhaps both of you should.

Isabel, it 's been 2 weeks now. Should it take that long? 

The client just emailed me & he 's annoyed that he hasn't got his money back yet. 

Also, Airbnb keep asking me to review the guest even though he was cancelled. 

Is thar ususl?

If you are being asked for a review you can not have cancelled.

Hi David, 

i went to settings & refunds & filled in the amount & wrote a message to the guest saying it was his refund. 

I received notification from Airbnb by email that the refund had been sent. 

I checked my account & the money had been debited. 

So I have no idea what to do now. . I went to help but it only offers help to give a refund not say what to do if the guest doesn't receive his refund. From my end , I had confirmation that the money was taken & had been refunded. 

Yet I am receiving emails to review the guest & he hasn't received the money.
