Hi all, I have cancelled a reservation for a guest of mine and it's been put through on air bnb since 4 days ago. However, she still hasn't received her money back yet. How long does it take for the money to reach her?

The client just emailed me & he 's annoyed that he hasn't got his money back yet.
Also, Airbnb keep asking me to review the guest even though he was cancelled.
Is thar ususl?

If you are being asked for a review you can not have cancelled.
Hi David,
i went to settings & refunds & filled in the amount & wrote a message to the guest saying it was his refund.
I received notification from Airbnb by email that the refund had been sent.
I checked my account & the money had been debited.
So I have no idea what to do now. . I went to help but it only offers help to give a refund not say what to do if the guest doesn't receive his refund. From my end , I had confirmation that the money was taken & had been refunded.
Yet I am receiving emails to review the guest & he hasn't received the money.
