Refunding

Hi, my name is steve I have a question about refunds. i had a guest who was booked for 33 day she left after 11 days, i want to get her all money back, my question is CAN I SEND MONEY TO HER WITH NO MONEY IN MY PAYPAL ACCT.  WILL AIRBNB JUST TAKE THIS OUT OF FUTURE TRANSACTIONS.?

I always let Airbnb take care of refunds.  It's easiest that way, in my opinion.  If she is owed money, they will take it out of future payouts.
