Regular booking

I have a guest who wants to book Tuesday- Thursday each week for numerous weeks. How do I go about process this on airbnb? will she have to book each week as a seperate booking? Or is there an oppurtunity to combine them to give one full total?

I guess you could do a special offer for the number of weeks involved and that way the guest will only pay one amount. You would then have to block those dates manually on your diary however.

Hi,

I currently have a business guest who has been staying with me since April 16, 4 nights each week. He has to book these separately otherwise I would lose all other booking in-between if I blocked my calendar; he normally books chunks of 3 weeks in advance. As it happens, I have only had four free days since April 16 because when he is not here, I normally have other guest check-in back to back. If I blocked those dates in between, I would have lost more than half the money I have made in that time.

You can still make a special offer if you wish on a weekly basis. Also remember you are only covered by Airbnb for the actual days booked, so if anything were to happen outside of these dates, you have no protection.
