Remove a pre-approval

Does anyone know how I can cancel a pre-approval? The help section said there should be an option in my inbox but I don't see it.

I'd like to cancel the pre-approval so I can make a special offer instead, if that helps.

go to the help icon on the right

click on making a special offer-or something similar

scroll to the bottom and the last paragraph answers your question

Note the ore-approval is only good for 24 hours so if its later than that the buttons to cancel may not be there.
