We had rented out our home while away on vacation (and had done so a few times)
We had to cancel our vacation due to a serious and sudden death in the family, and therefore had to cancel the reservation a guest had made at our home. The automated posting looks quite bad, and will impact future bookings.
Given the unique circumstances, Is there any way to have AirBNB remove that automated post from the reviews section?

That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.
