Rent Vacant Apartment in Dallas Fort Worth

I'm renting my vacant apartment in Dallas Fort Worth.

Hello, I'm new to this.  Does anyone know if we can host our vacant apartments on here?  Where do I begin to find out if this is okay to do?  I don't see any language in my lease agreement that says I can't....

As far as your landord is concerned:

If your contract does not say anything about subletting, then you can use airbnb.

While I'm not from Texas, I believe the state is permissive in most rental arrangements.

Hi Kris, 

We always recommend talking to your Landlord about this before doing anything. It is a matter of trust, and if you are doing this without the Landlord knowing, it is a breach of trust.
