Rental Agreements

I’m new to hosting and start tomorrow with first rental. What is your policy with rental agreements? Doesn’t appear Air Bnb allows you to upload one. What are your solutions? Do you have one? If so, how do you present to guests? Thanks in advance...

What would you want them to agree on, besides what is already implied when you book via Airbnb?

I am fairly new and I have been advised to prepare and upload a rental agreement that gives the tenant guidelines such as wash and put away dishes, leave the house orderly for cleaning, no smoking in the house, no pets in the house, etc.

I would like guidance if there is another place to put these guidlines other than a rental agreement.

I make a copy of the house rules and have the guest read and sign before turning over the keys. This way, I know that they have at least read the rules!
