Replying to a review no longer possible ?

Hello all, 

Has airbnb taken down the reply option?

I try to reply our guests when they write their reviews, but I noticed that for our last 3 guest reviews, that option is not available.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I replied to a review on the 3rd and current guests are checking out tomorrow. I'll be on the lookout.

@Kemi6 I’ve noticed that it’s was easier to find the option on the computer than mobile to write a reply. Another option, for our last guest, when I received the Airbnb email that your guest wrote a review, I clicked the link in that email to view the review. Within that screen, I was able to write a reply to their review. I found without that link, it’s hard to find the option to reply to a review on mobile. I think this was your question, if so, hope it helps.

That worked. 

I guess it's a glitch then and I hope they fix it soon. It's a lot easier doing it straight from the app for me.
