Require a reparation from guest while the guest has already open a resolution
Dear Sir,
I am wondering how can I ask for a reparation from one of our previous guests, which she already open a resolution about refunding from us. Due to her unloyally and uncommunitted, I am totally upset about they made our aparment in very bad condition, however now how I can open a new resolution to ask for a reparation.
Go to your reservation page and scroll to the guest's reservation. Click on Report a Problem. Make sure and take photos and file a resolution immediately. You should also have a security deposit set if you want the ability to charge guests for damage.
