Required to do a mass cancellation due to an issue with my property

Hi all,

Can any one help me on how I do a mass cancellation of reservations. I've hada catastrophic water boiler/heater failure and now can no longer host.

Any tips to be able to cancel without incurring massive fines?

Call or twitter Airbnb. They eventually will want proof  (Picture of damage and/or receipt of repair)

If you work in good faith, they probably will not penalize you.  (They did not penalize me for problem I had)
