I sent a special offer after communicating with a someone about staying in our home.  She said she accepted the offer and entered all the information.  I dont see anything that has confirmed this on my side, and neither does she?  What shoudl I see to know that she has entered payment before they arrive.

Send another message to them to tell them you don't see the acceptance. A lot of people don't understand the system. If they said they accepted it, then call Airbnb. Their could be a glitch in the system.

I had a gal act like she had booked my room. I didn't see it on my end and was confused about it when I was a new host. She showed up at the house and was a bit evasive about the booking and simply handed me cash for the transaction with a smile. I'll NOT be doing that again.
