Resolution Center for Guests only? How do I inviolved AirBNB with a resoltion as a host with a guest

I'm trying to use the Resolution Center as a Host, but I'm only allowed to Create a new Resolution by selecting a forthcoming reservation as a Guest. What gives? How do I inviolved AirBNB with a resoltion as a host with a guest?
