I hope to get some advice here. I have an open resolution and received an email by phone that I can now involve Airbnb because the guest has not responded. Two issues: 1) the email does not show up in my airbnb mailbox, and 2) I cannot see any way on the resolution page to "involve airbnb." Does anyone know how I am to do this? Thanks in advance for your help!
Airbnb double book my place to guests(I set up instant booking function), the reservation of the second book of a double booking is not showing in my reservation page and I am not able to cancel it. Then airbnb called me once unfortunately I was unable to pick it up. Then they send me an email meaning I don't understant instand booking, I don't know where I can find guest reservation in my account, etc.
Possible service issue:
I coundn't find a way to call, email directly to airbnb.
