Resolution Payout

I requested a guest to pay an additional fee for a stay after the stay and the original payout had already happened. The guest agreed to pay the additional amount but since then the "resolution payout" is pending in my transaction history. The stay was in mid November and the guest agreed to pay after 10 days of the original stay.  It still shows up as pending and I haven't received the money. It's nearly March, what is taking so long?
