Resolution center payout amount

There was an item missing from my house when the guest checked out. I estimated the replacement value of it as $12 and sumitted a request through the resolution center. The guest offered $5 and now airbnb sent me a payout of $5. Is that final? Airbnb lets the guest decide how much?
Additionally, the guest sent me a message disputing points I made in my review of her. This is 2 months after the guest checked out. What is the best thing for me to do about that?

This is a learning experience for me because I have a much more recent one where I am going to file a bigger claim. A guest booked the house for 5 people, and 5 people were present at check-in, but 3 hours later there were additional cars and the guest had opened up the house to approximately 25 people for a party. They broke a folding chair, which I am going to request $25 for, and made so many black marks on the porch that I had to repaint the porch at a cost of $42. So I am going to request $67. What if the guest offers $5 and Airbnb sends me $5 - I have to accept that?

Request another claim for the remainder of the money. If they reject, then you can now involve airbnb. Make sure you have all pictures as proof and receipt for the item.
