So, I'm new at this. I've received a few bookings so far and my response time to their booking and any questions has been immediate. When I look at my response time/rating on my DASHBOARD it says N/A. In fact it doesn't show that there's any communication or response on my end at all. Am I missing something?
Hi @Christi11 it seems like the system only "understand/count" it as a response if you pre-approve/decline/accept the inquiry or request. So, make sure to do this within 24hrs as it will affect your response time. If you already been doing this, then maybe there is a glitch in the system.
Hi Farrah! Thank you for your response. I'll go back and check. Those that have booked were pre-approved and booked instantly, so I didn't have to accept or pre-approve. I believe it was instant booking? I'll go back and check though. thank you again for your response!
