Response rate suddenly dropped and listings showing as unavailable

Since the end of July neither of my listings appears to be available anymore and at the same time my response rate suddenly went from 100% to 0%, which is not accurate. I have received good reviews on airbnb and respond quickly to enquiries. However, according to my airbnb stats, I’ve responded within 24 hours to 0 of the 0 inquiries and reservation requests I’ve received in the last year, which is again incorrect.

Our summer season usually ends in September and we were really hoping for some September bookings but no-one has seen the listings since July now. I have emailed airbnb 4 times but have received no reply. I have no such problems with other sites where we list our properties. I can only assume there is something wrong with airbnb’s set-up – can anyone offer any advice on what to do next to resolve this problem. Many thanks, Bea

I have exactly the same problems and cannot get this sorted out by Airbnb.

Plenty of views and no bookings, due to calendar immediately defaulting into BLOCKED status!

How can this be sorted out!
