Returning keys

I had 3 guest stay in my airbnb and they did not return the key I contacted the guest and he said he took it by accident that he would mail it to me I havent received it yet what should I do ? Replace door locks , request money for replacment?

Has it been quite a long time since you last spoke with your guests? Have they updated they they have sent you keys yet?

No I dont mind it has been 4 weeks Im going to request the guest send money for replacement keys.

I just recently came across this amazing lock that I think you'd benefit from to help avoid the whole key situation with future guests! You should definitely check it out! It connects to your AirBNB calendar and once guests book a stay with you, it automatically emails them a key code, and auto updates itself with every new booking!
