Review without meeting a guest

Hi All, I would like some tips as to how to review a guest if I didnt actually get to meet them. I Airbnb cottages that are not in the town where I live and we have a cleaner coming in after guests have checked out so often I dont actually get to meet the guests but still have to review them. Any advice?

I do that all the time and communicate with my daughter who is also the caretaker.  If guests follow the house rules, I give them a short but positive review.

Things I care about are

- if they read my listing description/house manuals/directions

- if they were communicative

- if they followed house rules

- if they left the place generally clean
