I think airbnb shoot themselves in the foot by the 5 star - system. It simply doesn't work. 

First af all, guests does not know how to use the system. I think it should be more clear that the stars are about expectations. One guest rated me 4 starts because she thought the flat was much better than the pictures show, so in accuracy she gave a 4 star. And also I miss a 6th star that you should be justified. I have been in the much horrible and dark place in Palmas and he had super host status. It just doesn't make sense. 6 people with one yoilet where the shower also was and no internet. Furthermore he did not speak English even though he declared it in the listing.
