I just received a review from a guest that stayed for 3 weeks. They gave 5 stars and a great public review and said that they would be back but made a private comment on the value but it shows up on the chart. We offer an entire 2 bedroom apartment and our rate is comparable to a one bedroom bed and breakfast with no cleaning fee. They asked if their dogs could be allowed and offerd to pay more, we agreed that we would charge 20 per night per person after 2 which included 2 children and 2 dogs for 21 days. We put food in the refrigerator because we knew that they were driving stright through from Washington state, we paid half of their taxes, I asked a few times how everything was and the said, "PERFECT". They had their car plugged in almost the whole time, and I cleaned their apartment twice while they were there. Our house rules ask that if they have any issues or problems to please tell us know and not the world so we can fix it. They were pleasant guests and took out the garbage before they left. After they left, I spent 4 hours cleaning little shnibbles of paper and playdough, and found pink hair dye spots in a few places. We pride ourselves on 5 star ratings and now we have this to deal with. Is there a point where the value rating goes up again, or can we do something about it right a way?
