Room or bed availability

Hi, I have 16 beds which i can make available to different individuals... but how do i manage availability based on bookings?

Eg - if 3 people book beds for the 15th, how can i show that there are 13 still available?

You would have to make 1 listing for every bed or 1 listing for every room... depending how you wish to rent it...

so do i have to do the fullwrite up/pics etc...duplicate it 16 times?

Yes, you are right! 

if you renting each bed than you need to duplicate everything and you will be reviewed for each listing

Based on you experience only you can tell if is worth to do some of the listings for 2 people (couple, or more)

You can have all listings open to more than 1 person... But it would be a big workload (and prone to double bookings) to block the other listings in case 1 person rents for more than 2-3 people... So the best is suggest them on your description to book two listings if they want 2 beds... 

Airbnb service fee is % based so it would cost the same for your guest and you...

Hi Luis, Im thinking the same as you... have you got it sorted yet.. ive just booked one room and the calander has been blocked for that week and I have 6 more rooms available..
