Same listing listed repeatedly. How is that possible and what to do about it?

I've found several instances of the same listing being offered by several different hosts. 

Here are two examples:

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/22805425

and

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/25129364

https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/26657423

There are actually more than two for both of these listings but that should show you what I mean.

As a host, this kind of thing is really irksome as this is my competition. They are essentially trying to flood the search. It's unfair and probably against the TOS.

I've actually seen this happen multiple times before in lots of searches.

What gives?

One listing is for "Entire Villa" and the other one is for "Entire Apartament"

one of those is a property mgmt service... could be that an owner lists for themselves but then also lets a manager list as well??

hard to say
