Selling my AirBNB property

I'm interesting in selling my Atlanta AirBNB. I have moved to Florida and thought I'd sell this one instead of just closing it out, as it is a very successful property. It is a one bedroom with additional sunroom that converts to a bedroom. It has lots of great reviews and has a great location close to Emory Hospital, University and CDC. Our average guest is a professional that is in town for the CDC or Emory hospital. It is booked nearly 90% of the time each month. I am trying to contact AirBnB for help, but I can not find the direct contact.

1. Maybe somebody can help me:
   I am selling my apartment, which I am currently renting on AirBnB.
   I already found a buyer, which will also rent the same property on. As i have quite a lot of customers for the folowing months, the new owner will open his new account and i have to close my down, but we would like to transfer all the customers and the payments to his account. Need help, fast:)

@Ivan57 This will be anything but a fast process. You will need to contact each guest and have them agree to being moved to the new owner. If they don’t agree, you will need to take the hit for canceling their reservation. Once a guest agrees to the transfer, you will need to phone Airbnb to have them initiate the transfer. Lengthily process.
