Send additional photos prior to reservation

We have a guest that is interested in booking our listing in a two-family as well as our upstairs unit that we do not rent nor list. The prospective guest wants to see photos of the upstairs before they book. I cannot figure out how to send the images as Messages seems to not allow attachments. Any suggestions on how to go about this? Thank you in advance.

So how did they know about the upstairs unit when it is not listed?

You could create a new listing for the additional room, but rather than setting it to "Active", set it to "Snooze" - this will keep it out of Airbnb's search results, but you should be able to still send the link via Airbnb messaging so this particular guest can see it. You may have to send a special offer (you can change the property via drop down) so they can actually reserve.
