Sending links to my guest

I am trying to send my route map and joining instructions to my guest, its a word document but unfortunately it is blocked by air bnb. This means the guest cannot find us, does not know the key arrangements, Google earth placement. etc.

The guest is worried and I am unable to help.

I tried copying it to the Manual but again links are blocked as is the map image.

What do we do?

Hello Mike!

You should send your guest an email with the email that is listed by airbnb on the left hand side in the box where your guest's details are listed in the inbox conversation.
