When I first opened my AirBnB back in August, I had every weekend booked. It's September and I don't see one single booking. Has anyone else experienced this and when can I expect things to pick up?

Seasonal flux.  Kids are back in school.  Less travel happening.  What type of property do you host?  Beds/baths?  Type of guest you target?

@Dawn-And-Riley0 We managed to remain booked year round by being willing to do one night stays. Turnovers weren't fun but the money we made was worth the trouble. We are also in Oregon, on the coast.
