Sleeps 4 as well as 8....but how to get the search to see this?

My home has 4 double bedrooms so can sleep 8 in comfort. As a result I only seem to get enquiries from groups of 7-8. How can I capture groups of 4 as well?

Can I start a duplicate listing with just parameters for 4 ?

If so, is there a short cut to copying the whole listing?

Your listing "Beautiful Barn Conversion in New Forest" showed up in a search when I set the number of guests to be 4 so the reason you get enquiries only for groups of 7 to 8 may be to do with pricing.

You could consider setting the base price low enough to attract groups of 4 and then having an extra person charge for each person after 4. You could choose a base price and an extra person charge such that the per person charge for 4 and for 8 is the same as it is for 8 at the moment i.e. £445 / 8 = 55.625

That'd be a base charge of 222.5 and a per person charge after 4 of 55.6. so a group of 4 would see a charge of £222.50

You may want to consider specifying which rooms are available for groups of 4 and locking the others so you don't have the issue of them using all rooms.
