Smart Pricing anomoly

I have three rooms available, but I don't rent them out separately.

I have three listings. One for the master bedroom. The second is for the master plus a second bedroom. And the third listing is for all three of the rooms.

My listings are essentially identical except for the additional rooms. I've noticed something strange when I turn on Smart Pricing. The recommended prices for my three-bedroom listing is the same as my one-bedroom listing. I can't seem to figure out why it's doing that. I have it listed with more beds, more guests, more rooms.

I have my minimum price set above the recommended price, so in any case it's not affecting me, but I'm curious why this is happening.

Should I even worry about it?

Hi there! I've got exactly the same issue. The system does not only NOT offer you the option to combine or separate guest rooms in various listings, it does not recognize it if you do so either. So, I've smart pricing on for each of my 2 guest rooms but not for my 3rd listing, which is offering the option to rent both guestrooms together. For this 3rd listing I've set my own pricing, based on the market situation.

I hope that helps,

Carol
