Airbnb has an offer for a free smoke and Co detector ( https://www.airbnb.com/home-safety)

I have already placed my order in July 2016 and have received a confirmation and and order number.

However, I still have not received the delivery.

When I check on the above mentioned link it says that my order is being prepared.



How can I contact Airbnb to inquire about this order and delivery?

I too tried to order a smoke detector but cannot get the shipping address to match mine no matter how many times I edited it. On the up side 5random people will be getting a free smoke detector
